The staff was amazing. The bed was comfortable and the air worked great. The TV kept losing signal, the remote only worked half the time, the table lamp blinked off and on when I tried to turn it on and it smelled of Frebreeze (which I don't like). My husband went to breakfast and said it wasn't very good and ended at 9am on a Saturday. I only stay in hotels with and over 8 rating. This was 8.2 and I don't think it lived up to that.
